Hi everyone. I like cooking a lot, but I've always been so disappointed with cookware quality, from thin pots that warp or get dented, baking sheets that warp in the oven, tupperware that crack and absorb flavors, etc. I know you all salivate over your cast iron stuff, but I bought a couple of these inexpensive pots recently and they're awesome. I bought the 10qt, which is big enough to lay a box of spaghetti in. It's big, heavy, and kind of a pain for small meals, so I bought the 6qt a few months ago. I've used these two pots as daily drivers for months and have really liked the quality. They feel very durable, and have really good thermal properties (although I run a gas stove, so that's kind of cheating). I just ordered a 2qt so I can heat up soup and sauces easily, because I've liked the other two so much. They're pretty heavy; only a little less than a cast iron pot, but they can go in the dishwasher! Also, there are no rivets to trap food; the handle is welded on.

I also like baking, so I wanted a rolling pin that worked well but could be tossed in the dishwasher. This one is awesome. It's got a good amount of weight, and it's easy to clean.

PS: Corelle is having a sale on their site right now. 25% off once you stick stuff in your cart, and then you can take 10% off with the coupon code CORELLE10. There's so much counterfeit on Amazon, I suggest buying directly from Corelle if you're looking for some new plates. Keep in mind that the ones with designs are screen printed onto the surface and the pigments can contain pretty high levels of heavy metals that can leach into your food. I just got the 78 piece Winter Frost White shipped for $140. No idea if the new stuff is as durable as Mom's but we will find out soon!
