Hello! I really want my own apartment. I would rather come home to my own place instead of having a roommate. However, I don’t make triple the amount of rent a month. My question is, if I could pay three months rent up front, could they lower the monthly rent for me? This will be my first time getting an apartment so I’m clueless to the process.
