I’ve been mulling this over after creating a master list of where the cheapest things are at every store when I encounter them. For example, I can’t find rum cheaper than the Costco near me. Costco also has chicken breasts for $2.99/lb near me. But I recently saw Smart & Final has similar chicken breasts for $2.20/lb. Is S&F chicken just lower quality? Or am I smarter to go with their product here? Fee free to share other examples too.
