The first book that I ever read on investing was Rich Dad Poor Dad by Kiyosaki. This book definitely changed my way of thinking. Up until 2018 I had only invested in stocks, I have since rolled the winnings from my stock portfolio over into two duplexes to provide significant cash flow. Let me know what you think!
