Every single couch my mom has bought lasts approximately 1 year before it's flat and basically like sitting on concrete. My Dad's couch has lasted something like 20 years and it looks brand new.
After a days work, I just want to plop down on the couch and not have to think that each time I do that it's only a matter of time before it flattens or breaks. I'd like a couch too that kids can basically swan dive onto 10,000 times without it breaking. I've gone to furniture stores and I still have no idea what I'm looking for.
I want something that'll last a lifetime, regardless of it's upfront expense. What am I looking for?
