Liquid capital: 20k Combined pre tax earning: 350k Monthly post tax earning: 16-17k 401k: 100k Student loans: 300k House: 370k Monthly fixed payments including mortgage, insurance, cars, student loans, etc.: 12k Savings not earmarked separately but we’re watchful of expenses so we’re counting it as part of the liquid capital pool.
We’re both 30, no kids for at least a couple years.
No other investments, portfolios, etc. Any advice is appreciated.
