Hello to everyone reading this, I am a high school student living in Iowa, and I want to start saving for retirement. I recently came into an inheritance of roughly $6,500. I have started to look into Certificates of Deposit (CD's), and am even thinking about opening an IRA. I work, and I earn roughly $80 a week with my part time job. I am hoping that someone might know more about this, I really can't ask family, and I want to start saving up and earning interest ASAP.
