Back in February 2018, I gave him ALL the necessary paperwork. It's pretty ritualistic of him to delay until about...June. However, he's always done a pretty solid job, so I never really harped too much about it.
This year, it's SEPTEMBER, and he hasn't filed my 2018 yet. I'm not entirely certain how to go about this. Do I fire him? Find a new one? I've been on him for months, and he keeps giving me excuse after excuse.
