I know a lot of these chairs have Manufacturing stickers underneath them and what not but I was thinking about buying a leap v2 or aeron.
I know they come with a 12 year warranty but i just dont wanna buy used and the cylinder fails or something breaks and be SOL.
Has anyone successfully filed a warranty request buying used?
