The smoker is a 120 gallon (420lb) propane tank with a firebox made from 1/2 of a 60 gallon air compressor. The firebox is 24" long and 20" in diameter with an 18" diameter sleeve welded into it to make it semi insulated. There is a single level 2 piece grate made from 3/4" angle and #9 flat cold rolled expanded steel. The chimney is 5" diameter, 54" long set at grate level and made from aluminized steel exhaust pipe. The frame is made from 2", 11ga square stock.
