Girlfriend and I are about to rent our first apartment. Any tips?

My only issue with the place is that it doesn't have AC, other than that I love it.

  1. Already bought blackout curtains

  2. Probably going to buy a Router

  3. Not sure if this question belongs here, but how/should I go about negotiating the price of the rent? Is that even a thing?

Any other tips/advice would be helpful.
