Every day I get an email from Express for free shipping on whatever is in my cart. But every single time I apply it it says not valid or not for those items - but those exact items are what is shown in the email. Ive cleared my cache, used my laptop, switched browsers, use both full code and just the last 4 numbers, add regular priced items, delete items, everything. Nothing works and despite dozens of calls to customer service it seems they just don't give a damn. Anyone else have this issue?
