I just bought my first car at 19 for 7,250 and even though I still have a lot of money for my age (9,000 dollars), I want to adjust my savings so I can continue to save before I had a car.

I'm 6'5, skinny, and extremely active so since I'm trying to gain weight, I need roughly around 3750-4000 calories which is nearly impossible to fit in three meals without resorting to extremely calorie dense foods like fast food. To make up for these calories, I'd eat out once a day and eat around 1500 calories per meal to make sure that I can be on track to hit my 3,750 that I need to hit and ideally go above. When I'd get home from work, I normally eat two frozen pizzas or whatever is available to make sure I get past that calorie threshold.

I'd ideally like to cut out the eating out once per day thing completely over a period of time and I think buying and cooking food for the one meal I was eating out for could save money over time.

What are some great calorie dense meals that I can make so I can hit my caloric goal?
