For the first time in my life I'm living completely on my own and I find myself buying too much food, my perishables always go bad before I can use them all, and I'm tried of wasting money. I grew up in a family of four and then moved in with my fiance who was a body builder so he ate a lot. I don't eat a lot on a daily basis. Although I'm a good cook and enjoy the taste of my own cooking I find eating to be more of a chore that I do because I have to not because I want to. I also don't know how to cook in small amounts and when I cook a lot at once I get sick of eating the same thing every day and it ends up getting wasted. What tips do you have for grocery shopping and cooking for one person with a small appetite?
