I figure I could easily start with a basic golf car frame. Probably find something with a decent frame that needs work. I can get my head around what needs to be done to make the cart work. I also want to give it a decent battery bank, and a nice solar panel on the roof to keep it topped off.The part I had trouble figuring out was what kind of motors I should use. I have no idea what type of electric motor would be best for that type of application. Something that would be able to get up moderate hills, have a decent runtime (with available battery source/space), and maybe even get up to a decent speed if we wanted to take it down our small country road to my brothers house.Maybe someone here knows a bit more about electric motors for EV's.Thanks. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2XFooh3
