I'm trying to fix a peeling bathroom wall. Most instructions state that after removing the paint , which goes down to the drywall, to place filler (I plan to use joint compound) before priming. However, I ran across one that stated to prime first, use filler and prime again. Does anyone have any recommendations on which set of instructions to follow? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/32wCsIz
