I take my cars and trucks for granted. Always have. There’s no good explanation for why. I’m decent with my hands and knowledge of tools. But when it comes to vehicles I never do much preventative maintenance. What’s to stop us from taking an afternoon to google a couple things while crawling around under these machines we rely on to ALWAYS get us to our destination. Why are we “so surprised” when there’s a malfunction. I guess I’m saying this to myself but... how many times and how much money could we save on one of the most expensive things we own? Give it a thought. Maybe there’s something you’ve been putting off. A “strange sound” or a loose screw you noticed a few weeks ago. Just maybe you’ll nip it in the bud before it nips your savings in the ass.
