Changed jobs, no 401(k) at new place, should I contribute to a Roth 401(k)?

Heyo,

I was at this job where I contributed to a 401(k) for a couple years. I just changed jobs this month, and I can't contribute to my 401(k) here until next year. Let's say I was about halfway through contributing the max for this year to my regular before I moved jobs.

1. Can I still contribute to a Roth 401(k)?
2. What is the maximum amount I can contribute to a Roth 401(K)?
