Hi all, first time posting here. I’m currently in the market for a new mattress and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s so easy to go down the rabbit hole. I was sleeping on an IKEA mattress for two years that belonged to my best friend and her fiancé for five years. It was absolutely amazing until my cat accidentally got trapped in my room and peed on the bed. IKEA no longer makes this mattress, but given how long it held up for without any issues, I’m tempted to purchase another IKEA mattress. I realllllly like the Haugsvär, with the Haugesund being a close second. I’ve read a handful of reviews saying that these beds don’t last very long without sagging issues, so I thought I would ask if any of you have experience with these beds (or other IKEA mattresses in general). I’m moving cross country in a couple weeks and would like to save money where I can, but I can invest up to $750 on a queen mattress if absolutely needed.
