The SEC was able to pass reg B today. Like the DOL, this is supposed to be a lengthy document that will take legal consultants months to analyze and interpret for firms. I personally think it's good, but I have to be honest it heavily influences me and many others to start declining engagements with investors that have smaller assets available to put under management
