My current underground downspout runs about 10 feet from the foundation, under my paver walkway/ patio, and then comes out of the ground. The previous owners had no cover on the exit end and I’ve been scooping all kinds of mulch, mud and other things out of it. I’m sure it’s clogged, I have not yet hooked up a hose to see the extent of it.Short of digging it all up, does anyone have suggestions for clearing the spout? I’ve seen methods online including using a strong shop vac to create strong suction and get it all out, but I’m wondering if there are any other methods as well?
