I've bought from them (online) in the past, communicating with Todd himself throughout the entire process for my order. He is a genuine conversationalist who engages his clients as opposed to just "talking shop". Todd pays attention to his clients with consistent follow-through, and helps navigating around the art of measuring and fitting, which is quite an art in itself. Customer service is stellar and the turnaround time for a MTM item is very reasonable.
