I didn't find what I am looking for in past threads about tees, so I am hoping y'all can point me in the right direction, and maybe help educate me on what I should be looking for, or maybe even how to more properly care for the ones I have.

I have been working on changing my lifestyle to be more active, and my wardrobe doesn't yet reflect that. I end up walking/jogging/hiking about 5 miles/day and am looking for some shirts I can wear casually as well as sweat into. Eventually I would like to step up my workout game to include lifting and a greater amount of running.

Right now I have 2 shirts that I like which do fairly well and are form fitting. One which I have had for a number of years (5-8) that is a premium tee from Fox quite similar to this though mine is 52/48 cotton/polyester. The other is a Journeyman shirt from prAna which I cant confirm as BIFL since I was gifted it only a few months ago, but I do really like. That one is 60/40 cotton/polyester.

I have a few Hanes and other miscellaneous brand 100% cotton shirts that feel heavier, don't breathe as well, and haven't held up over time. Most of the time either the threads rip and bottom hem unravels, the neck deforms, or the whole thing just seems to lose structure.

In the past I have worn mostly Large sized shirts when I really am a medium, so its not like I am stretching them to their limits over time. I don't have that many clothes, so I wash and wear the full drawer every 7-10 days.

Thank you to all who are willing to provide their $0.02, recommendations, links, and care techniques!
