Hello,I am in process of making a DIY infinity beerpong table. My only concern is the cost of the mirror (or plexiglass/mirror film). The process of making an infinity beerpong table is making the top layer of the table two one sided mirrors with an LEDs in-between them. The led effect will constantly reflect resulting in an "infinite" led display.I already have the top layer glass that I will be attaching mirror film onto. However my question is since the bottom layer is just used for reflection (rather than needing to see through it), is there a way to use mirror film with out glass or plexiglass. I've tried looking online for such a solution without success. Only post I have seen is attaching mirror film to wood through the usage of moisture however this results in a bubble effect on the mirror film. This effect would ruin the infinite led display I desire. My idea at the moment is finely sanding wood and attaching mirror film using wallpaper glue. However, I want to see if anybody have any experience with something similar or a better idea. Thanks in advice. via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2X8iYKg
