I've been doing ongoing renovations in my house since I bought it about 4 years ago including removing the popcorn ceilings and skimcoating to a level 5 finish, replacing all the flooring, paint, new baseboards and door trim, can lights in every room, and I'm sure a few other things I'm forgetting.I hired out the drywall work, the electrical run through the slab to the half-wall, and the backsplash and wall tiling. via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2Rqb6yN
