So I have like 5 formal events this month and thought that renting designer dresses might be the most affordable option. I got the RTR Update subscription for $69 for the first month and got to pick 4 dresses. 2 of them ended up being too big so I emailed them right away (you can exchange them for a $12 mailing fee). I emailed like 4 times, called costumer service, DMed them on IG and no one replies!! I want to cancel my subscription ASAP because i’m reading reviews that people are getting charged ridiculous fees even AFTER THEY CANCEL?? What should I do? Has anyone had a horrible experience with this company?
