Quality can be absolute crap, these are expected to be completely destroyed within the first wear. They have to fit a 5'10", just slightly above-average weight person. I've found some cheap ones from China on ebay for about $1 a pair; wondering if this price can be beat, particularly from anywhere that will ship (to the US) in something less than two months, haha.
ETA: control top doesn't matter, and length/height of the stocking doesn't matter. I've seen some that go all the way up to the armpits, which is intriguing, but I don't care if they do this or not.
