I haven’t had a vacation in 5 years and don’t really see a vacation in my near future. But I feel that it’s finally time I buckle down and finally save up all that I can to take my boyfriend and I to Disneyland. I don’t want to worry about money while I’m there and not have to put something back because it’ll break my budget.
So I found a challenge to save 5k in 6 months and plan to do it over and over until I have enough shoved away that I can go all expenses paid and not have to worry about money when I get back. Basically I don’t want to be frugal at Disney.
I know that I can do this and I’m not really looking for advice on that but I’m asking if there’s anything frugal I MUST do to help keep within my means to make it easier to shove all this money away. Any tips or ideas that you do that help make life easier and not feel so under the gun while still saving a butt load of money? If you need any details I’ll provide them as needed.
