Hello all I’m a 22 year old still living at home with my parents (which I know isn’t terrible I’m going to school still) but I just recently got my first full time job making 18.41 an hour about 1200 a paycheck. I was in need of a new car so I’m paying about 500 a month for payment and insurance 120 in gas and maybe 100 dollars in other fees per month. I’m looking to buy instead of renting so that when I’m ready to move in together with my girlfriend I have an extra property for income I’m a poor saver and would like to thank my dad for that inherited trait. I just started saving and only have 400 put away and am aiming to move out around March next year. Any advice would be extremely appreciated!
