We have decking which has clearly been installed wrong since the weed blocking membrane was laid on top of the joists instead of under them! Now it's too late to lay membrane under the joists, anyone know of any other ideas? So far I'm thinking of just filling the whole area underneath with sand. Don't even know if that's worth it.
