My garage door paint is peeling bad. I used a scraper to remove all the peeling parts now I just need assistance on how to go about repainting it. A few years back after another cold winter i scraped it, wet sanded by hand the parts where it peeled to smooth it out and repainted the door. But when you are close up you can really see the differences in levels or circles where there was no paint. Do I need to sand it all down this time?
