Looking for ways other people do this.
Mainly, I do this through Samsung Pay's cash back offers. They recently had a 20% cash back offer for Groupon. Groupon was also offering an additional 20% discount code. I also have a credit card that has a 3% cash back for online shopping.
I was shopping around for an oil change Groupon at the time so I was able to apply the 20% Groupon code, receive 20% cash back through Samsung Pay, and got 3% cash back through my credit card
Samsung Pay has a long list of cash back offers for different stores and they continuously add new offers. Certain stores repeatedly offer cash back deals at varying percentages.
Right now, Samsung Pay has a cash back deal for WalMart for up to 15% cash back. They are also offering up to 20% cash back for Sam's Club and Seats as of now [May 25, 2019].
I highly recommend Samsung Pay. You do need a Samsung device to use it though, I think.
