I bought a pair of Chelseas when they ran a 60% promo code at the very end of February. I typically wear a US7, but the pair I purchased was a 7.5. I made this decision based on the pricing and (correct me if I'm wrong) the return policy at the time expressing that returns of discounted products for a refund was possible. Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot of this.

In late March, they shifted their sales strategy to every pair being $149 until 4/1 (incidentally, their site still says this and hasn't been updated since) and updated the returns policy to only allow an exchange or store credit for sale merchandise. I initiated a return in mid-March and it wasn't until April 10 that a "John" from B&W started correspondence. He stated that only store credit or an exchange would be allowed.

As I recall, in one of the removed self-promotion posts by u/chrisfromnewjersey to the sub, he indicated that 7s weren't in the production pipeline for their future products, and the lack of updates on the site may suggest that they're not updating with any new products, so store credit isn't exactly gonna be useful. I'm out $140, and the last response from "John" was on April 17, and I haven't received a response to my reply on 4/21 since.

TL;DR - B&W possibly altered their returns policy, CS has been unresponsive for a bit, and website has not been updated for at least a month. Buyer beware.
