I require medication two times a day, and have slightly different medications in the morning and in the evening. I have purchased and used this product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074V6XMWZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and it was great while it lasted, but about 4 months later the flimsy plastic that it has as the 'hinge' on the little door compartments wore away and caps started falling off.
I'd like to buy one for life. Ideally the product I want would be as functionally identical as practical to the product I used:
-
featuring multiple compartments per day in an organized way
-
have it be easy to tell whether I'm taking my morning or evening medication
-
ideally would let me take at least 1 or 2 of the doses with me conveniently if I go out
-
be convenient to refill the entire week at a time - entirely removable caps would be inconvenient, for example, because I could lose them or have to reshuffle them constantly.
but instead of guaranteed-to-wear-away flimsy plastic hinges would use some mechanism that could last a long time, preferably years or longer.
Everything I can find on 'best of' lists seems to be made of similar flimsy plastic, or be for use-cases other than mine (such as opaque metal key-chains).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
