I have a pair of Timberland boots, about 5 years old, and I want to keep them going as long as I can - they have moulded to my feet wonderfully and the uppers are in very good condition still. The soles are very worn but can easily be replaced, but the inner sock lining has worn through. Does anyone know if this can be repaired (and if it's cost effective)? (In the UK)

Also, please let me know if you know of a better sub to ask this.
