I ordered a jean jacket from Lucky Brand last week when they were having a sale and sadly it got cancelled today. I called customer service to see if they would honor the sale price if they do get back on stock and they said yes. They said to call back when it's in stock and they would take care of it!
This isn't my only experience either, I've done this with Adidas when they had a crazy sale for the OG Navy sambas. Asked customer support and told me they would honor the sale price since my order got cancelled! I honestly understand paying a little more for specific clothing brands because you not only pay for the quality but also their customer service!
