Hi I am opening a restaurant. I want my employees to be responsible to the end customer.

So I thought of this model of sharing my profit and loss with my employees equally as a reward and punishment.

I will create metrics to calculate individual performance.

Can any one tell me if this model is tried and how successful or bad it was ?
