Hello! this is my first post in r/FinancialPlanning.

I (24M) am an educated individual with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. I have zero debt to my name apart from my home mortgage. I currently owe $90,000 on my home and it is worth around $145,000. I am single. I work as a sales/financial consultant in the automotive industry making $55-60k/ yr.

I have a hearing disability. I am 100% deaf in my left ear and have 25% remaining in my right hear. Thankfully a hearing aid helps tremendously. Unfortunately, there will come a point in my life where i will be 100% deaf as i am slowly losing my hearing. In the current position i work in, communication is nearly everything i do. Phone calls, talking face to face, etc. As of now i do pretty well despite my disability.

My question is, how does one prepare for this financially? There will be a day where i will no longer be able to do my job. I really don't know what to think of for my future. Currently i am throwing 15% with a (3% match) into my Roth IRA and saving anything i have left over. I live a very frugal life out of fear of my future. What is my best plan to attack all of this? I am very lost.
