I am interested in purchasing a condo with one of my colleagues the goal of producing steady monthly cash flow with the rent money from the tenants.
I live in Montreal. Is buying a duplex/triplex a good investment? Or is it not worth it ? Does anyone here have any experience with this? How long before you became profitable? Any other investments that would be safer/more worthy?
