So I ordered from Lulu's for the first time with a couple of items final sale. I contacted a sale representative regarding my measurements to ensure that the dresses I got would fit me. For this one particular dress, she told me the dress was forgiving and recommended the small based on my measurements (I wear a size 4-6 depending on dress). When I got the dress it was super tight around the chest (even though I'm flat chested - 32B for reference) and my belly button outline could be seen through the dress. I contacted Lulu's and asked to cancel the rest of my order that I have not yet received since I was worried about sizing. They told me they shipped the rest this morning but not to worry I could return everything including the final sale items I ordered if they don't fit. I was so impressed and relieved by their customer service and just had to share.
tldr; ordered a final sale dress that wasn't good and was offered a zero hassle free return.
