I’m a 24F and have been trading stocks for ~7 years but honestly it’s a lot of guessing. I’m a data scientist so I’m working on a valuation model now but still lacking the finance/Econ/market domain knowledge.
I’m looking to add ETFs/Bonds/REITs to my portfolio for some diversification/risk management. Below are my current holdings (don’t judge, I know it’s funny looking, I just buy however much I can at the time and some are free RH stocks) not including my 401k and HSA that are set up to target funds. I have Fidelity, Robinhood, and Webull accounts. I usually go for higher dividends and play the long game but I am open and looking for and all suggestions!!! I’ve only ever traded common stock but I think it’s time to grow up :).
I don’t have a lot to invest, only ~$5k at the moment. I’m considering one of the following for each type but don’t want a lot of overlap with what I already have.
ETFs: $VT, $VTI, $VXUS, $IXUS, $SPHD
REITs: $REET, $O, $WELL
Bonds: $BND, $BNDX, $TLT
Current holdings:

AAPL - 14.
COST - 5.
FB - 6. PFE - 15. JNJ - 3. BPY - 20. ARWR - 60. CMCSA - 7. HD- 4. DIS - 6. TWTR - 17. ZNGA - 1. SNAP - 1. IMGN - 1. HEXO - 5. BAC - 25. FEYE - 1. T - 51. INTC - 1. COP - 3. IQ - 3. ET - 25. BNFT - 25. GE - 30. PRTK - 15. MCC - 200. ACAD - 20. BUD - 10. APPN - 25. NBEV - 100. SAEX - 100.

Thanks in advance!
