Will be installing Lifeproof LVP, version with the pad underlayment attached, in my basement. Concrete slab. Trying to understand best practices for floor prep prior to install.I get virtually no water in the basement and we got 27 days of rain almost in a row where I am, not a drop. I also have a radon mitigation system which helps avoid water vapor seepage due to slab pressure.Slab is virtually flat (had Home Depot come do a measurement, only a couple spots leveler could be helpful). I’ve patched all settlement cracks. Is there a need to apply any kind of sealant or other prep prior to laying down the LVP? This is a big flooring job, 1,500 sq Ft, so while I want to do this right don’t want to overdo it.Any comments greatly appreciated, this is a great community that has helped me big time before. via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2PY1mLg
