If you ever find yourself in a situation where you can't pay the water bill ot maybe you don't have a house then if you can find ~6 bottles of water (~6 pints) then you should be able to wash yourself up.
Sorry this isn't too scientific and doesn't have any data, I just did this though and I'm cleaner than I was before. Best of luck to all you folks.
