I'm from Detroit but haven't lived there in ages. Last time I was home I saw a ton of construction.
Does anyone have advice/thoughts on what it would take to be a part of the redevelopment via Commercial Real Estate investing?
How would I begin to find what buildings/properties are on the market from another city?
