I am trying to develop a weighted index to help complement a traditional financial valuation. Helping indicate if the valuation is fair.
I have come up with a few ideas so far (trying to keep them outside of traditional valuations) trying to find variables which affect company profitability.

-Successful Innovation
- Company Transparency
- Employee Qualifications
- Internal Employee Training
- Company Culture
I am looking for more variables and any critique on the variables I have.
