IMO, all of these non-profitable companies (Uber, WeWork, etc.) are rushing to IPO before they are ready because VCs want to pull their money out before the next recession, and I don't see that risk being priced into the stock. What do you think?

I'm sure those companies also want the credit line that comes with a sky high valuation, but even with that, I do not see WeWork surviving a 2020 recession, especially if it comes with a dip in property values.
