I live in The Netherlands. Groceries are expensive, especially as I hae a minimum-wage job. I do however enjoy the job very much, and because of physical disability can't do much other types of jobs.
Anyway. The thing is, I don't like to cook. I really don't. I don't know why. It's always been that way. Some family members would tell me I would grow out of that and that I would enjoy cooking eventually.
Well, I don't. Another thing that puts me off is how expensive groceries/food is here. Especially meat. And I like meat. Sometimes I wonder if I could just live off porridge or whatever. That way, I can save up more money to spend on other things, etc.
Does anyone have tips for things to make/get for people who don't like to cook? The price thing is something I'll have to figure out myself, as prices everywhere are different.
There's also the thing that I am a simple man with simple needs. I don't mind simple meals. A thick slice of bread with a slab of meat on it? Nice.
Some family members need like a proper meal each day (first soup or something, then main course, then a desert). I don't.
I just need ideas/inspiration!
