Hi everyone,

I'm having a really hard time controlling urges to buy small snacks. Chocolates, candy, things from the Uni's cafeteria, cookies, things like that.

They are available almost everywhere! When I do groceries they are next/near the cashier. The cafeteria at my college is NEXT to the parking lot. I have a small convenience store next to my house. I work in a shopping mall which you guess, has a lot of things to buy...

Last month I spent more than 1k in small foods like that! Almost always unhealthy, expensive and not filling. I just can't resist, its like I'm addicted to the tons of sugar everything has. When I realize I'm already paying/paid and its too late.

What are your strats to avoid buying shit food in those violent and non conscient urges?
