I've had a few people ask me for a copy of my 'house hunting spreadsheet', I went ahead and automated it a bit to calculate my commute time and to colorize the rent & commute column to make it easier to make a decision. I know it's not perfect and there are some things that could be improved so please give me feedback if you use it.
