Some of you have experience with small kids (1 and 4 year old) and how wasteful they can be with food. Food ends up on the floor (dog eats), or mangled on their plate. One day they love a certain food the next they don't want it. They get what they get for meal times and if they absolutely do not want it they have to wait until my husband and I are done eating and they get ONE choice as an alternative (something easy like a PB sandwich). What are some additional tips for dealing with wasted food?
